Special Covid-19 Notice for 2024 Retreat 

Important notice regarding COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the retreat. Women in the Spirit/WitS Retreats is not responsible for the health and safety of this retreat. We encourage you to follow the organizer's safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions.

Important ~ Please Read

To secure your requested location for lodging, your ENTIRE group MUST BE registered and paid. We CANNOT hold a bed or room unless payment is received with your registration.  If your entire group is not registered and paid, participants & lodging requests may be moved based on bed availability. Please understand that we are trying to accommodate as many women as possible.

** This retreat is very popular and usually sells out within weeks of registration opening.  We recommend registering as soon as possible. **

Cancellation Policy 

NO REFUNDS - Registrations are non-refundable however registrations are transferable; they may be sold or given away, to be used by another woman for the current year's retreat.  Forfeitures will be placed in the scholarship fund.

 

2024 COVID-19 Special Cancelation Policy Exception.  If the retreat is canceled due to COVID-19 Restrictions imposed by Federal, State or Local government guidelines or by the retreat center, all registrations will be fully refunded.
